What they actually mean here is that this particular distro is preconfigured with all the tools needed for users to accomplish that 'specific task' without having to do anything themselves. It does seem quite pointless given that you can do it yourself on most distros with a just basic understanding of Linux. That is why most veterans would agree that distros don't matter as much anymore. It is now about how much you can change it to suit your needs. 😀
