Yeah it should not matter what your job is. Health Care is too important.
The age thing is weird. The past couple conversations I've had they keep asking. I've never been asked before.

"The Bogotá municipal government issued a statement Saturday that the city's emergency center had received a report of a patient with "chest pain" and sent an ambulance, though a private ambulance had already arrived at the hotel in northern Bogotá."
You don't need separate domains for each service, you can use subdomains.
If you bought example.com, you could have:
social.example.com for a Mastodon server
cloud.example.com for Nextcloud
video.example.com for PeerTube
photos.example.com for Pixelfed
music.example.com for Funkwhale
etc.
Any names and combinations are fine!
You can also have a different hosting provider for each service.
When I send an old-fashioned snailmail to a gmail/outlook pawn (b/c I refuse to put #Google or #Microsoft in the loop) & include an #XMPP address w/QR code in the header in case they want to reach me online (email addy omitted), it must be quite alien to them. Welp, it is what it is. If they feel a bit helpless maybe that’s a good thing… maybe they’ll try to overcome & use XMPP.
