The article says that White people driving to work through low-income black & latino neighborhoods causes a lot of pollution.
They also want to create low-income housing and move people of color into the wealthy areas to help them avoid the pollution.

Well, a non-THC breed od hemps, yea, sounds cool, a THC-containing, a no no.
But, generally, cool idea indeed, it can be, as well a source for cloth/waving, kind od paper, and even a building materiał replacing a type of plywood/softwood used on large scale in American construction. Some are thinking of making it into what is called here hard-wood too.
