Linux doesn't block anything, even things you shouldn't do.
Like running lxterminal in plasma-mobile on a #pinephone.

@rah @martijnbraam aye. I'm actually surprised that for some reason app is showing CSD in PlaMo, something seems to be out of date, there's protocol for the window decorations negotiation and KWin Wayland implements it
