When you’re rich it’s called a loophole, when you’re poor it’s called fraud

@RobinHood No, it isn't. "Fraud" is a very old term referring to the crime of deceiving someone for gain. "Loophole" is a modern term to describe lawful means of openly circumventing obligations. They're chalk and cheese. Moreover, plenty of rich people are convicted of fraud just the same as poor people.
