Gab's only been on the fediverse for a few days now but they've just released the best instance block announcement in the history of fedi, what's everyone else doing?

Basically it's a free speech social network. In reality, it's only really used by nazis and other right wing extremists. Generally a toxic atmosphere.

Recently, they decided that their whole codebase sucks so they forked mastodon and now have an instance that federates. Nobody wants them here, not even the free speech / right wing crowd.

Today's drama is about how gab, a free speech platform, blocked an instance called freespeechextremist. Their first instance block. It's pretty clowny.
