@strider@mast.linuxgamecast.com I can see that, also that it had a much smaller scope as to what it was supposed to do. I meant the thing being a mess, to the whole situation we have right now trying to replace it, but with no success in sight. I did not mean to say it about the code itself.

@strider@mast.linuxgamecast.com standardizing on one solution is great for app development and consistency but when it needs replacing later, it becomes a mess like X. But I am no developer, any project I start gets abandoned pretty quickly.
