@neauoire Idk, for the top of my head. Probably a ManjaroBook 15.6" metal, or one of of computer with open bios if there is any on #system76 or #Zareazon. Thinking about it now, I might go for one of those #purism computer probably a #Librem13. Now I would be satisfied with that. I might install #ElementaryOS in one of those. Just saying, good stuff. 🖖

So, I have decided to give #ElementaryOS a tried and I love it.

A feature that I love is the fact that #Epiphany or the browser embedded with the OS can make apps from websites, like #Mastodon or #YouTube by going setting and install site as an application. That is really cool for me to have.

The problem is that sometimes when I click a link a page comes up saying that it could not contact the server. Sadly that does not happened with #FireFox. So, is that an OS issue or a browser issue?

@neauoire The problem is that we buy computers that were not made for #linux. It would be like buying an #Android phone and expecting it to work with #Apple firmware. It would take a lot of work for that.

I have been having the same problem. I own a Lenovo #Ideapad330 and now works with #ElementaryOS, it works fine. The only problem that I have are the same with any other #linux Distro. But eventually, I'll jump in the band wagon and buy a native Linux made computer. It should work.

Hey @DottieSnow Good to hear from you and your experience. I have noticed that we are doing too much when in reality Christianity is simple. To have eternal life we need to know the Father and His Son whom he has sent #J17:3. It is true that we need to congregate but we cannot toss the scriptures aside. Always read the word, Religion with its labels are secondary to a relation with Our Heavenly Father. @Crossfocus
