I wonder if the new Amazon Alexa wearables will have a fraction of the Google glass blowback over privacy concerns. I hate the damn things but I suspect they're going to be huge. 😭

Personal #confession.

I lost quite a few friends over time by not contacting them for years out of fear of being too annoying.

Community Transit boosts Swift and Sunday services

Not to be outdone by Metro, Community Transit is also boosting Sunday frequencies for several routes in their September 22 service change. vox media is unionized, gizmodo group (which contains splinter, the root, etc) is unionized... as a result, these places tend to produce pro-labor pieces more frequently, and with more insight and nuance, than non-union newsrooms. they’re not perfect, of course, but i’m glad they’ve organized! ✊️

Someone else is watching a comedy show on Netflix. Some shrill white dude pulling out ancient Political Correctness Gone Amuck material like it's a fine vintage and punching down like he wants the boss to think he's funny. #nobirb
