Since our switch from Ubuntu 22.04 LTS to 24.04 LTS as the base for TUXEDO OS, some customers have reported that certain AppImages no longer start. We investigated the issue and were able to reproduce it generally for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and all operating systems based on it. We found that it affects only AppImages built on Electron. The AppImage of our own TUXEDO WebFAI Creator is also impacted.

Is it just me, or is the Git #FFmpeg website #Anubis integration broken?

I can get through Anubis on other sites, but on https://git.ffmpeg.org it always fails for me with "invalid response".

I love Maloja https://github.com/krateng/maloja as a little self-hosted alternative to lastfm. I scrobble there as well as #ListenBrainz and good old #LastFM. Noticed it was completely using all the RAM on my server. I threw an #Anubis instance up in front of it... Suddenly, absolutely no issues at all. I want to boot all these AI scrapers maxing out my machines into the sun now :(
