Observation. When using symmetric (password) encryption on files, #GPG is MUCH faster then #SequoiaPGP, at least when using the default CLI interface for each utility on Debian.
@nerd7473 It's super handy to have a standardized utility that I can use to encrypt files. The gpg terminal interface is handy too because I can digitally sign and encrypt at the same time, so it's possible to decrypt and verify the authenticity of a file at the same time.
