My #PinePhone loudspeaker stopped working recently. Doesn't work well as a phone when you can't hear it ring. I didn't see a spare part for that on the @PINE64 store, so I got curious and dissembled an old galaxy s3. The speaker from it was a near perfect fit and even better sounding and slightly louder than the original speaker from the #pinephone. Didn't even need to solder anything!
