Google has suspended Element (@matrix) from the Play Store for "Sexual Content and Profanity". Basically same story as with Subway Tooter a while back. Element is to Matrix as Chrome is to the web. Curiously, Chrome is still on the Play Store.

In the last few months I and some of my classmates have been working on a project management system that focuses on school projects.
The system backend is written in #python with an async #asgi framework #quart-trio. It uses #rethinkdb as its main database, with #ipfs for file hosting.
Any testing and feedback is highly appreciated.

the fact that win10 actually refuses to let you shut off the computer *right now* without installing the updates first is perhaps one of the most user-hostile and consent-violating things i've ever seen in software. instead i hard power off, potentially corrupting the filesystem. fuck yourself, microsoft, and i hope i never learn the names of the devs who implemented this malware.
if you have advanced protection on, google will mangle all your emails, even via imap, to rewrite all URLs to the google redirector, breaking email signatures, breaking PGP crypto signatures, et c.
