@huy_ngo, now that @themactep@fosstodon.org mentioned it, look into nixpkgs for Wiktionary converted into dictd format. I recall using throughout all of my French courses and I suppose the English one is as useful.
Find the nix file and you'll be able to translate it into a shell script to build it yourself if you need to.
