@cassidyjames we paid an astoundingly stupid amount of money for what is essentially a plastic shot glass for our daughter to learn to drink from (at least to my sensibilities). If you've got them lying around already that's a great way to reuse something that would otherwise go in the trash!

I love #webcomponents but the serialization of a boolean to a string always throws me. Anyone have a good way of handling this that they really like and want to share?

Been working on a component library with Storybook JS. Are there any best practices for adding a story around typography? I want to display font and headings to make sure they're correct but this seems harder to accomplish than expected....

Those of you who use a cross posting service with Birdsite, which one do you use and why?

So far my biggest gripe about Tusky and it's forks are that I can only have 5 tabs at a time. What's with this restriction? It seems arbitrary. How am I supposed to keep lists of topics and ppl? Maybe the official Mastodon app is different 🤔

@bogpunk @cassidyjames 💯 this. The real value in Twitter is in customizing your feed, but thats even more necessary in the fediverse. Also since UX and discoverability need work never assume it's been known. Tips and tricks appreciated.

Not many ppl on the fediverse talking about #webcomponents it looks like. I'll have to start sharing about them here as well as on the musksite

One thing I'm really missing here on the fediverse is all the sports accounts. Still gotta get my fancy stats fix from the Birdsite
