Preventing your kids from seeing queer people on TV won’t make them cishet.
I was raised by my conservative grandparents in a small rural town. We went to church every Sunday. Bible study on wednesdays. They used my child support money to put me in a Christian school. I wasn’t allowed to listen to non-Christian music or celebrate Halloween, my TV access was limited, etc.
None of that stopped me from figuring out that I’m trans, gay, an atheist, and everything else Fox News warned you about
