@mhoye ah, sounds like recovery mode when something crashes like a watch face. Though could be another underlying problem. Maybe try pebble-help-legacy.rebble.io/h and reflash using gadgetbridge or maybe rebble (I've only used gadgetbridge to flash). A bit of a dance, but might extend its life by a bit

@Natanox @matrix using both the matrix.org homeserver and librem.one and I have the same experience across laptop and android devices. Loading pure matrix channels, even with few participants, takes a long time to load both the most recent messages, as well as any history before that. Same with bridged IRC and Telegram channels. I don't have much in the way of 1:1 chats so not sure about the performance of those, but for group chatting it's way too frustrating.

@Natanox @matrix the blocker for me remains the painfully slow interactions that keep it from being a pleasant experience. New features are nice, but the old ones are still unsuitable for transitioning people to the network
