In brown are where the “Far-right” won in France today.

Maybe they aren’t far-right, maybe they are just ordinary people fed up with the hard-left elitists telling them they are racist, extremists and fascists for holding common sense views…

What is wrong with me? At what point did I state that it was okay to call for someone's murder?!! What is wrong with you that you feel the need to put such words in my mouth in an attempt to win a stupid argument?!!

@FediThing @progressivecat @FediTips
I did not miss the point at all. When you allow other people to dictate what is hate speech, discrimination, or any other disfavored speech, it inevitably turns into anything they dislike is hate speech.
It is not far from there that you end up with 19 year old's being charged with a felony because they left black marks on a rainbow painted sidewalk.

@progressivecat @FediThing @FediTips
yes, it is quite easy to block individual accounts. That is what we should encourage. Let people take charge of their own timeline, we do not need people deciding for us what we are allowed to see.

I'm a Republican who likes immigrants, who likes people and thinks they add diversity to our country. But I'm for ZERO illegal immigration. If you want to come here, apply and come lawfully or be sent home. foxbusiness.com/video/63543957

@blake
You are not wrong about the battery. If your battery is good and fully charged, it will last about 20-22 hours.
I keep a charger with me everywhere I go.

@blake
I don't use banking apps on my phone, I have always just logged into the website from my computer.
However, you might try saving the website as a web app through epiphany and see if that makes it more usable for you.

@blake
I am not sure about RCS, but I have friends with both iphones and android phones and I receive texts from both. There is a weird bug where, very occasionally, a text from an iphone will be randomly concatonated with a previous text from another person. The text will look like it came from whoever sent the previous text and the date they sent it. It doesn't happen often though. I have yet to figure out what is different about the text that it happens to vs other texts.

@blake
I actually use Duo lingo all the time. Use Epiphany and install it as a web app.
As for firefox, there is a mobile config for it. Look up, user0's mobile config for firefox.
I have played both Rumble and YouTube videos through firefox and they play like on any other phone. But when I play a video from Mastodon through Tuba, sometimes it is normal, other times the video doesn't play well.
Heat is definitely an issue.Though believe it or not, it is better than a year and a half ago.

@blake @stu
As far as daily driving, I have been daily driving mine for a year and a half now.

@blake @stu
As for the camera, I have found that you do have to have the kill switch enabled before you open the app.

@williamtries
I have been daily driving Linux phones for nearly 4 years now. Currently, I am running PureOS on the , before that it was Mobian on the Pinephone & Pinephone Pro.
I have had 2fa from the beginning. Originally, I built my own using oathtool. Since then, I have used both gnome authenticator & numberstation.
I even learned how to move the codes from some proprietary apps, with the end result of only having 1 2fa app compared to 2-3 apps for my coworkers.

Yes, because Communists would never spy on their own citizens.

@arraybolt3
To turn it off, type in the address bar start.duckduckgo.com. That should fix most of your google search woes.

These are the same reasons that do not and will not use signal.
I have been on librem.one's matrix server for years and I lile it to the point that I am in the process of setting up my own matrix homeserver to see if I can get my friends to switch.
Currently, most of my friends use signal, while the rest use whatsapp.

firefox will now track your searches by default and you'd have no way of knowing they're doing that unless you look for this random blog post on their website: blog.mozilla.org/en/products/f

it does look like you can turn it off at least.

Hello, community!

We need #openhardware with #bluetooth so we can link them it to #MyGNUHealth.
Currently we have @pine64eu smartwatch, but we'd love to integrate scales, glucometers, blood pressure monitors...
Just reply to this toot or send us a message if you know of any device. We'd love to test them!🤗

I've come to believe that the meaning of life is having kids and raising those kids to become someone at least as good as you.

There's been no pursuit in my entire life I've derived more meaning from, felt more pride in, than being a father and trying to be a great father. It means being a great provider, a great leader, a great teacher, a great protector, and a great partner to my wife. In that sense if I succeed then it'll be the culmination of many of my roles throughout life and it's easy to screw up and be only good, or fair, or bad.

It's a broken postmodern ideology that says having and raising kids is evil, and it's an ideology that I expect to not exist in 50 years because everyone who has it will be dead with no heirs.

Even if I didn't care for myself, my son is half my wife, and my wife is exactly the sort of person I want the future to be filled with.
