Station 11. I have no idea if it stays as good, but the first episode is just fantastic filmmaking (story, direction, acting, cinematography). You think it's slow at first, but then you realize that it's seeping into you.

@tankgrrl I just finished watching it for probably the 5th time a few minutes ago. I came here to post about it but decided to look for the tag first. Yours is the only hit I see on my weird Mastodon instance. I don't even know how to say how perfect it is. It is the best show ever created. It's insanely underappreciated. Every rewatch has made me love it even more. Tip: Don't skip the credits, at least on E7, but save the "Behind the scenes" stuff for the second time through.

@jk Oh, man, thanks for the warning! I'm literally on episode 7. 😄
I watched 6 episodes last night and would have kept going if not for sleep. heh

@tankgrrl I read the entire book 2 weeks ago too while I was on a business trip and got stuck in an airport over night (right on theme). IMO the show is better but it's very worth the read.

@jk I realized that I had previously read the book when he started heading to Frank's house with the shopping carts. 😁 I was like "hey this is similar to that book that..." heh
