Tinkering with the Bluetooth on my #Purism #Librem5. I was getting a lot of skipping (old Discman reference) on my new Bluetooth speaker with the factory firmware. I upgraded to 2.5.1.11 but that didn't seem to help. I remembered that downgrading helped once, so I tried that again and I'm now using firmware version 1.2.20. It's pretty good!
I get minimal skipping, only when I'm swapping apps. Otherwise, it's smooth. Any thoughts on the SparkLAN module? Is it worth it? I think BT5 would be nice.

@williamtries My experience is that the soarklan doesn't help much. I did find switching to Mobian Trixie helped a lot. It does still skip a little though
