Round 1 of the 2nd Programming Language World Championships is complete!
Round 2 starts... NOW!
You'd be surprised. I think last year's final was Python v Bash.
I tried to seed the "most notorious" languages, so they don't face each other in the first round, but I promise the tournament tree is randomized.
The next round seems to be against Python, which may very well be the end of race for Lisp :(
Overall the division resembles the last fifa world cup, where almost all the best teams were on the same side of the tree. Damn, @fribbledom, Go would do well even without you intentionally giving it the easiest opponents!
