@danie10 @danie10 Fediverse is a predominantly left-wing network that takes pride in silencing their oposition and Mastodon is the worst of all. Caucasians only make 10% of world's population and white people are somehow always the problem. It's very common to see left-wingers trashing Christianity and the conservatives on the Fediverse but none of them dares to talk the same way about Islam. I know we talked about this already but I can't stand hypocrisy.
@flav it may be that is how the initial instances started up, but there is no policy about who can start an an instance and anyone can can have their own rules. The issue is how they affect other instances who have different rules. The same goes for far left and right - should be no difference. No-one should be trashing anything.
@flav yes I lived first hand through seeing government proganda being performed and how it changed minds. I don't fall so easily now for media or gov statements. My passion is technology and that's what I enjoy. Don't enjoy politics or religion, but others can enjoy it, I just don't want it to sour my coffee in the morning, otherwise I won't be getting time for technology. I have a freedom of association too and that is not subservient to someone else's freedom of speech.
