For the first time ever, I've used the messaging system on Amazon to contact a seller. It looks and operates like something from the 1990s (and not in a good way).
Amazon only make billions, I'm sure they can't afford a decent messaging system.
@fitheach They won't even allow me to cancel my old account unless I call them. I've noticed during the lockdowns while they have almost no competition their deals are not impressive at all.

I bought a rucksack from them, because I couldn't find the item anywhere else. The last time I bought from Amazon was many years ago. I try to buy from owner-operated websites, when I can.
I do often use Amazon's reviews system when researching products, as I find their system is the best. I then buy elsewhere. 😜

Yup, there is (and has been for some time) a duopoly forming with Ebay on one side and Amazon on the other. Worrying!
