Auch im finden sich immer wieder Menschen, die verbreiten.

Wir müssen unbedingt die Polizei personell (und auch materiell) so ausstatten, dass eine Bekämpfung sinnvoll möglich ist.

Außerdem sollte der Straftatbestand meiner Meinung so geändert werden, dass wer aus Versehen solches Material bekommt (z.B. durch Chatgruppen, in denen eine Person teilt) straffrei bleibt. Dann können sich Strafverfolgungsbehörden auf die wirklichen Fälle konzentrieren.
