Auch im #Fediverse finden sich immer wieder Menschen, die #CSAM verbreiten.
Wir müssen unbedingt die Polizei personell (und auch materiell) so ausstatten, dass eine Bekämpfung sinnvoll möglich ist.
Außerdem sollte der Straftatbestand meiner Meinung so geändert werden, dass wer aus Versehen solches Material bekommt (z.B. durch Chatgruppen, in denen eine Person #CSAM teilt) straffrei bleibt. Dann können sich Strafverfolgungsbehörden auf die wirklichen Fälle konzentrieren.

Time and time again we relearn the lesson that private, for profit entities like Reddit and Twitter will always screw over their communities without a second thought.
Mastodon or Discourse might be more expensive or technical to run the way your community would like, but they can never pull the rug out from underneath you.

Meiner Meinung sollte man bei aller Vorteile der Digitalisierung auch immer eine analoge Lösung parat haben, denn selbst ohne Angriff kann schnell mal etwas schieflaufen. Einfach als Backup, das lässt ITler besser schlafen.
