@GossiTheDog the US has a history of violence… again and again and again and again. There must be a lot of money to be made in war for the US. Because greed is the only thing that motivates republicans.

@wiekkie70 @GossiTheDog The history of humanity is a history of violence, especially the history of empires (which the US is, even though it has no emperor, as there are emperors whose empire does not really qualify as such due to limited power projection capabilities). However, one should also note that internally, empires are relatively peaceful (think of the Pax Romana or the Pax Americana).
