This happens occasionally: We are currently basically down because someone, in their exuberance to acquire piles of OCR text from the Archive, has opened so many simultaneous connections it's killing the place.
"The internet archive is an important island on the dark seas of the internet" does not mean "Come in with a massive motorized floating steamshovel and try and hoist away the whole place at once".

No matter how long I have to wait (as long as it is faster than me travelling to the States with an USB-Stick in my pocket, getting it from the Archive directly and going back home), I will do. Because the stuff I get from you makes my studying so much easier. Keep up the great work and thank you.
