I pushed this branch to Libreboot earlier: https://codeberg.org/libreboot/lbmk/commits/branch/e6400nvidia_wip - will test ~soon. Libreboot added Dell Latitude E6400, for models with Intel GPU. This patch is for models with Nvidia, which are present on some of them - I added to blobutil, the ability to auto-download Nvidia ROMs from Dell, for insertion into the coreboot image.

I'm also adding back support to Libreboot, for building EDK2 from MrChromebox. Tianocore UEFI payload. Will be provided alongside GRUB and SeaBIOS on x86 machines.
