Spent another 40 minutes on the phone with my bank trying to get things done without their proprietary app which I have not installed. While trying to fix one issue we figured out one bigger issue - two unsolved issues now 😤
@elshid If you want to use their debit card outside the EU, currently the only way the hotline and the technician know about was to activate the country in the app. Without the app, you cannot use the card there.
