@ekg you have chosen democracy. yet you shall have autocracy.
@mrsbeanbag every democracy has to deal with anti-democratic parties, parliamentary system that work like the US Congress is uniquely bad at doing that.
@mrsbeanbag we have the same problem in Europe, where Russian propaganda set the agenda, we have way more then two parties.
@ekg well i was subtooting the UK in particular, where we have the Tories scapegoating minorities for 14 years and then Labour finally get in and throw all those same minorities under the bus.

@ekg yes yes but i feel like you are missing my central point here. the party that follows ends up following the party that leads. that's how we end up with the overton window going the way it is.
