Maybe billionaires who bought up major media institutions even as they bankrolled a fascist movement weren't the "GOOD billionaires" Americans have been programmatically deluded into thinking exist.

@ekg @GrimmReality Abolish tax deductible charities. Tax "charitable" donations above $10k total in a year at 500% (so for every $1 above that you use to control what social goods happen, you also have to give $5 that the public can decide how to use, without you having any control).
@dalias @GrimmReality you can't really tax charity, unless you want to tax gifts.
taxing gifts are bad for all sorts of reasons, not least because it forces monetisation on everything.
