Why is the default disposition of senior designers to pull down folks trying to learn or showcase how they are experimenting with design.

This behavior seems to have persisted across decades and generations.

Why are they so eager to seek gratification by pulling down another designer instead of maybe supporting or guiding them for once instead of the usual dunk.

@impactology a lot of people are terrified to be dependent on others and does everything they can to push people away, the thought of failure is terrifying. The last thing they want is to be embarrassed, that's a reminder that they are dependent on others.
