So I've recently started using a package manager called Zebra. It's fast, pretty, and works with both AND jailbreaks. Also, it's open-source! github.com/wstyres/Zebra

So how does it hold up against the legendary ? To start with, it loads much faster. It also features a much more modern design. It supports 8 and higher, meaning it will work on any modern jailbreak.

I also like that it works flawlessly with Eclipse Dark Mode, as seen below.

It does, however, lack some features, most notably anything resembling a "Changes" tab. Available updates are shown at the top of the "Packages" tab, but there's no way to view any new or updated packages from your favourite repos.

It's important to keep in mind that Zebra is still in beta, and a feature like this may come in the future.

Another great feature is the ability to individually remove queued package installations, something that Cydia lacks.

Unfortunately, I cannot compare Zebra to Sileo, CoolStar's new package manager, as I am not using the Chimera or Electra jailbreak.

Overall, Zebra provides a viable solution for those looking for a modern alternative to Cydia. What it lacks in some areas, it makes up for in others, and I am excited to see how the project unfolds in the future.
