If you look on the link, the item is a vase, but the bot seems to have picked the picture of the dish that belongs with (goes under?) the vase.
This sort of thing turns up from time to time, and given it's a random selection I'm not sure how it would be avoided.
It happens in bot CMS frequently when posting from a collection of images.
I surprised I don’t see ‘offset by one’ continuing much further down the queue. Usually one glitch and that’s it.

Interesting, yes. I'd have to look at the API to see what it serves up when there are two or more images of the same thing.
