Messing around with Sphinx to see if we could improve the Hare docs with it, how do you feel this compares with the current approach?

@drewdevault If you have time, take a look at https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/guide/reading.html, the level of usability is similar to Sphinx with, IMHO, better visual look-and-feel. It is easy to write for mdbook format.
