I wish other people in my family used Linux :/ just went through the pain of setting up Windows 10 on my little sister's new laptop. For some god forsaken reason, they removed the option to create a local account from the first time setup! Why???????
@monc I looked there. It wasn’t there at all. Only the terms of service.

@monc Yeah, the offline account button was not there. It was replaced by a Terms & Conditions button -_-
@ashtons I'm pretty sure you can still do it, but you have to click on some greyed out hard to see text on the bottom left of one of the setup screens. At least I'm pretty sure that's what I did the last time I had to install Windows 10.
