I am really no expert. It may be a Gartenrotschwanz or a Hausrotschwanz. They move their tail fethers up and down when sitting in the trees. We have some in our garden in recent years, but less Amsels.

@anonymous I checked the sounds, but it's not so clear. Perhaps my recording is bad, the denoising seems to distort it a bit.
