I ought to point out that there's plenty Flood says in his piece that I heartily agree with, like:
"Left organisations, and all too often writers, are forever wishing for ‘blank slates’, people who can be safely inscribed with their ideas and their ideas alone. In many organisations this translates into actively discouraging people reading outside the party cannon."

Ironically, the figurative burning of books (and their authors, eg Greer) is also a dysfunctional habit of the #VampireCastle.

It's great to see the commons software movement addressing the need to support and strengthen the #MentalHealth of the people it depends on.

it annoys me when people refer to "decentralized" as a something that implies some amount of centralisation. (the graphic i corrected here is probably )

if i say i want something to be "decentralized" then i mean: it should be less centralized than i am now. like email is very _centralized_ and should be _de-centralized_*, even tho it is a technically federated system.

*: preferably by replacing it with something that has any regard for security..

Not only do these standards exist at IETF and W3C and Twitter has never played fair with them, these existing standards were partly designed/informed by folks who jumped ship from Twitter quite some time ago. Full circle, I guess. Meh!

#greencapitalism is no solution. The #COP25 is discussion concepts like the carbon offset market which will never lead to more #ClimateJustice.
