Hot take: HTML is the best document format. Text editors are the best writing tools.

Word processors are a usability nightmare, I cannot for the life of me understand how to use the and when I do, all of the menus make my head explode 🤯

Why do we need such complex software to write some text? It's ridiculous!

Completely agree that word processors are garage. Microsoft Word set a pretty shitty bar that became popular and mimicked pretty hardcore in all of the word processor clones.

Not sure I agree on HTML being the best document format though. Had you said markdown, we'd basically be brothers at this point 😆
