I use the #Nextcloud News #Android #app in Version 0.9.9.77. It doesn't display any notifications.
The notification setting for the app can't be changed, the slider can't be moved.
Can anybody tell me what could prevent the notification setting from changing?

Maybe upgrading to latest 0.9.9.78 with "Fix broken Notifications on Android 13" helps.
