Does anybody know a lightweight #foss #android #app that can change phone settings (#WiFi on/off for example) dependent on the phone's location? I would prefer cell tower based location determination over GPS as it seems to be more battery friendly.

Once upon a time I played aroud with but did not succeed in implementing certain use cases. But surely you have more success.
