@sebsauvage En fait boire chaud permet de suer et la sueur refroidit le corps en s'évaporant. Dans un environnement sec comme le Sahara c'est un moyen très efficace mais si l'humidité est très élevée il est possible que l'air soit saturé en eau, empêchant ainsi une bonne transpiration :)
