I got encouraged to record a reading of the new lore I drafted for my FPS game called Liblast.
So I have redrafted it once more and gave it a shot! If you like light-hearted science-fiction, FOSS and FPS games, you should find this enjoyable :D
The recording as well as the music were made using Ardour, Arch Linux and various open-source aduio plug-ins.

@unfa Wow! That's great! It's kind of like a virtual book reading. 😄 I think the video could have been better, though, if there was scrolling text (like in Star Wars) so viewers could follow along as you read it.
@sudo Thanks! The video was an afterthought, also - scrolling text could spoil the reading! It'd take a lot of work to sync or subtitle it properly to avoid that. This was a quick fun project :)
