@unfa just curious :blobcat_pat:

@JoseMariaHdz @unfa I would go with Shotcut just because of the wealth of resources available for a beginner to learn to use it.

shotcut.org/tutorials/

@sudo @unfa is the one i use, also because it's qt based and i mostly use KDE :ablobcatreach:

@JoseMariaHdz @unfa Kdenlive, Openshot and Olive are also based on Qt. The only fully-fledged GTK-based video editing applications I know of are Flowblade and Pitivi.

@sudo @unfa oh i didn't know openshot was qt too, anyway i'll still with shotcut because i use it a lot and i don't want to switch right now :blobcat_pat:
But olive seems good :ablobcatheartsqueeze:

@sudo @unfa i was aware of the other ones being qt based but i feel comfy with shotcut, kdenlive crashed a lot when i tried it... right now shotcut fill my needs :ablobcatheartsqueeze:

@JoseMariaHdz @unfa Yeah! Shotcut is great. I've seen quite a few YouTube videos, by people who aren't FOSS advocates, that praise Shotcut. There are even courses on Udemy for it.
