Don't make heroes of people.
If someone does something good, praise them for that. Don't assume they are good otherwise.
RMS started the free software movement. His unwillingness to compromise on his ideals for software freedom is one of the reasons free software is where it is today. He deserves praise for that.
His opinions on sexual assault, rape, and things that have happened around Epstein? He should be criticized for that.
