i'm an NHS therapist that just had to stop sessions with my own therapist because i can't afford them and i can't access free therapy for my issues 🙃
@beka I was under the impression one was required to undergo continuous therapy in order to practice, is that not the case?
@rah not for psychotherapists, some counselling courses require you to do so when training, but counselling and psychotherapy aren't the same thing because therapy you go to for a specific issue, not just to talk
