if all people everywhere could, equally and at the same time, benefit from advances in science and technology.

Instead of this bullshit system we have now where money and competitive capitalism actually impede progress because it costs to roll out new things and because there is risk regarding return on investment. It's ridiculous.

Like: how can one hospital be "better" or "worse" than another? They should all be the same. It's a fucking hospital

@falgn0n The problem with hospitals is that they're run by people. Some people will always be better or worse at doing things (like running hospitals) than other people.

It's the same with cars. all the best safety features are only available in really expensive cars. If you don't have alot of money - tough luck, if there is an accident, you'll probably just die.

@falgn0n Even if you had two hospitals with identical facilities, resources, technology and training, one will always still be "better" than the other because of the people involved.
