Wife bought me tickets to a concert via Everybrite. Our 2 trusted sitters cancelled.

Apparently the ticket are non transferable. If we wanted to gift these ticket, we cant. So now, there will be 2 empty seat at this show.

They are selling a good like it is a service. We as a culture, need to be more diligent about reading "terms" when we buy things & question why they need such lengthy "terms" attached to something so simple.
