Central air was blowing but not cold, humidity indoors was 68% (comfortable is 45 to 55% for inside). The condenser was clicking but not coming on, after looking up guides, it is likely a bad contactor.

My gut tells me to kill the power, wait 30 seconds and kick it back on. It seemed to work. Late night quick fix, I hope stays fixed. Might buy a contactor to have on hand.
