Oregon has early voting ballot drop box sites, so I have voted! 🇺🇸
I was incredibly impressed and gratified that my older daughter, who's not even a teen yet, was motivated to sit down with me over the weekend and look at all the different elections and measures in play. She rolls her eyes and says "that's boring" about a lot of things in the world still, so it surprised me. I'm so glad! 😊

It's always so strange to me to hear about how voting works on the west coast compared to the east coast (generalizing I know). Here we basically never have ballot measures and there's hardly any culture of vote by mail. It's mostly just waiting around on election day until you make it to the polls.
@mcneely That's interesting…I admittedly know nothing about voting norms across various parts of the country. And I've only lived in Oregon a few years now, but so far like in many other respects, everything feels pretty chill. 😌
